Meet The Team

Joey started SEM in 2009 because he believed skilled tradespeople deserved a place built around doing things right. Sixteen years later that belief is still the standard everything else is measured against. He built this company from three people and a reputation for quality work, and that is still exactly what it runs on today.

Brad keeps the day to day running. He oversees scheduling, estimates, employee training, and daily operations to make sure every project has what it needs to come in on time and on quality. The kind of person who has already thought of the problem before you bring it up.

Lauryn runs the shop floor and makes sure daily operations move efficiently from start to finish. She also operates SEM's CNC plasma cutting machines, some of the most precise cutting equipment in the region. If something is coming off that table, it is coming off right.

Stacey handles the business side of SEM including payroll, material ordering, quotes, and the financial backbone of the entire operation. The kind of person who makes sure everything is exactly where it needs to be so the rest of the team can focus on the work.
