Meet Stacey Pope,
Office Manager

Stacey has been the backbone of Southeast Mechanical's office operations since the very beginning, joining the team in 2009 and bringing experience in the industry that goes all the way back to 2001. While the crew is out in the field and the shop is running at full speed, Stacey is the person making sure everything behind the scenes is exactly where it needs to be.

Her week looks something like this: Monday she is following up on emails and tying up loose ends from the week before. Tuesday is payroll, running through time cards, processing hours, and reviewing job costing. Wednesday is invoicing and quotes. And every single day in between she is pricing materials, placing orders, managing vendor payments, and maintaining SEM's ISNetworld submittals. Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, materials, compliance. It all runs through Stacey.

Her coworkers would tell you she is the person who keeps things running smoothly, and that is not an accident. It is what she shows up and does every single day without needing any recognition for it.

What Stacey loves most about SEM is the family feel that comes from being part of a tight knit team. In her words, the close relationships and genuine teamwork make every day rewarding. That kind of attitude is exactly why SEM runs the way it does.
